Class Information

I run a mixture of Group Classes and Personal Training Sessions

All classes are currently run via ZOOM, you will need to create a free account.

If you have not joined an online class with me, you will be required to download/complete the attached PARQ form to ensure there are no health conditions that could defer you from exercise – this is for your safety.

If anything changes concerning health or injuries, the client will need to re-complete a PARQ form.

 

Please contact me if you feel there is anything you should discuss with me, prior to booking a class.

* classes must be booked in advance, in a 7 block (6 week block for Mondays classes due to the August bank holiday)

 

Create an Account​

  • Click on the Login Bar on the menu and create an account.

  • You will be sent a Verification email - Ensure that you verify your email address when you have logged in for the first time.

  • Check your junk mail for the verification email address

  • If you can't find it - check that you have not got any spam filters preventing Wix emails to come through.  If you have not, please add " Wix.com " as an Approved sender.  This will help you with your online bookings
