What is it?
The online course is a bespoke 12 week support course to help clients achieve their goals and move away from quick fixes.
It focuses on total health and the different aspects needed to achieve this; whether it be nutrition, fitness, mental health, social health, or sleep concerns!
We spend most of our lives searching for the answer to our body image goals through fad diets and slimming clubs, which causes confusion for our minds and bodies through the contradictory messages.
This course educates you about nutrition, whilst monitoring and analysing you weekly to move you onto the right path - alongside this we look together at the different aspects of your life that are hindering your achievements.
What is isn't!
This is not a slimming group.
This is not a 'diet' to follow.
This is not a fad!
I do not promote huge weight loss transformations, because they are not realistic or sustainable beyond the 12 weeks. I love to see your progress pictures and the weight reductions (if that's a goal) but there is so much more to measure, such as your relationship with food, your mental health improvements, your physical activity levels and your moods!
Progress pictures give me an insight into 1 second of your day...I'm more concerned about the other 86,399 seconds.

How does it work?
It starts with in depth information gathering, I need to know as much about you and your life as you are willing to share - this will enable me to analyse and provide suggestions to help make your changes. Then, over the 12 weeks I help to shift habits into more positive ones in order to achieve your goals.
The course is conducted through a secret FB group, where only the members of the course have access. This group becomes your community for 12 weeks, that you can use as much as you wish.
In this group I will post general information that you can all see and respond to.
Individually, you will have access to me daily through text/FB/Whatsapp etc and you can contact me about anything you don't wish to share in the group.
All information is drip fed throughout the 12 weeks to help with your education as per a timetable - however, I do also react to the group and if topics appear I will discuss these with you. This enables you to continue your life with this course supporting it.
I analyse your food intake weekly and will conduct a Zoom/FaceTime call to discuss this and set new goals. - these are all individual private goals and are based solely on your feedback and your progression. This is also an opportunity for you to discuss concerns, achievements and ask for guidance.
The goal is to provide enough information to ensure you never have to fad diet again, it aims to give you all the tools you need and help to change your mindset to continue to live a healthy, happy life where food, weight and exercise are not your biggest concern.
