Service Description

An old favourite brought back to life. Focusing on those ‘problem areas’ I’ll take you through a series of exercises in a fun and effective format. Don’t be fooled by the title – you’ll definitely feel the burn in this slow burner class. We use small weights during this class, tins of beans or bottles of water are also great! Easier options are available throughout.
